What we collect

When you submit our quote form we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, procedure of interest, and any message you include. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type).

How we use it

Your contact details are used to respond to your request and, with your knowledge, to share your inquiry with clinics relevant to your procedure so they can provide pricing. We do not sell your personal information. Analytics data is used only to improve the site.

Health information

Anything you share about your health is used solely to route and respond to your inquiry. Share only what you're comfortable sharing; detailed medical records should go directly to a treating clinic through their own secure channels.

Storage & retention

Form submissions are stored in access-controlled systems operated by Scout Theory LLC. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing andy@colombiamedical.co.

Cookies & third parties

This site uses Google Analytics cookies and loads fonts and chart libraries from third-party CDNs. Links to clinic and network sites are governed by those sites' own policies.
